Me vs 14,000 live

10:30 PM.

14,000 people watching live.

And the chat?

Pure chaos.

We're talking YouTube comments section meets angry mob meets kids who love to spam “L” in the chat.

(Average age of the audience is 24. So... yeah.)

I look at the guys downstairs and casually mention:

"Time to face the mob. Usually can turn them around... not always... but usually."

Then I climb 4 flights of stairs to the top of this ridiculous mansion we're streaming from.

What happened next?

I did what most "experts" would tell you is impossible...

I turned an angry mob into a passionate audience in minutes.

Here's how:

First, you gotta understand the context.

These people just sat through the formal presentation.

You know the type...

Perfectly crafted slides.
Professional scripts.
Everything orchestrated like a Broadway show.

Smart? Sure.

But impersonal.

So I did the opposite.

I went extra PERSONAL.

Came in with the most casual, dgaf energy possible...

Now, I can't teach you how to be unflappable.

That comes from thousands of hours of working crowds live.

No net.

No script.

Just you and the audience.

But the technique part?

That I can break down.

And it all comes down to one word:

DEPTH.

See, most people think communication is about WHAT you say.

But that's amateur hour.

Real persuasion happens in the subtext.

I'll give you an example...

I can make the same point through:

• Stories
• Metaphors
• Questions
• Voice changes
• Logic
• Live demonstrations
• Hypnotic patterns
• Rhetoric

…And humor that makes the medicine go down.

But here's the secret sauce:

I use ALL of them.

I cycle through them like a DJ mixing tracks.

Sometimes from the first person...
("Let me tell you about the time I screwed this up...")

Sometimes from the third person...
("There was this client who...")

The audience knows something magical is happening...

But they can't put their finger on WHY they can't stop listening.

I call it "channeling."

Find the heartbeat of the crowd...
Get in rhythm with it...
Then slowly lead them where you want to go.

I break limiting beliefs in real time.

Then I get meta and break down HOW I just broke that belief...

While secretly setting up the next belief I'm about to shatter.

It's frustrating sometimes...

Because what I'm doing looks like magic...

Yet it's so esoteric that most people don't even know it's worth mastering.

I went on for HOURS.

By 1 AM, we still had 5000 die-hards watching.

Had to shut it down because we're doing it all again tomorrow.

When I finally came down those 4 flights...

The room full of heavy hitters stood up clapping.

(These are guys who play at the highest level... and even THEY knew they just witnessed something special.)

My driver took me back to the hotel.

My girl was waiting for me... said I had "golden retriever energy."

(She wasn't wrong.)

I was still buzzing because this audience was different.

Young kids who had never seen this type of communication before.

Their paradigms got shifted forever.

I expanded what was possible for them...

And in return?

They expanded what was possible for me.

I'm putting this into a training soon.

Because for the first time...

I got to do this on a world stage.
